The firm’s international and EU Trade Law practice group is internationally recognized for its expertise in anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, safeguards and other trade defense instruments, customs law (notably classification, valuation, rules of origin and REM/REC) and WTO work. Partners of the firm have been involved in virtually all major EU trade cases over the past decades and have participated in numerous WTO cases as members of delegations in front of Panels and the Appellate Body.

They have advised clients on all aspects of competition law (e.g. merger control, cartel procedures, intellectual property rights, abuses of dominant position and EU state aid).
